Imagine growing up and never having an opportunity to hear a note played on a piano, flute or violin. Most of the children in our schools have never seen an instrument played other than perhaps the occasional guitar or drum. What if Mozart had never heard a harpsichord?  Likewise, there are no organized art programs and little to no art supplies. What if Da Vinci had never picked up a brush? We have aggressive plans to institute a program that will encourage local and visiting artists to participate in a volunteer art education program.
