The façade is a quick and easy fix, but what about the long-term issues? A coat of paint or a computer may help that immediate need, but realizing that these needs will continue into the future, we have established the Projecto Ninos Endowment. With the sudden influx of computers, stoves, refrigerators, ovens, air conditioners and fans, the schools budget for utilities and maintenance will obviously increase. Anticipating this change, 30% of all donations are allotted to the Projecto Ninos Endowment. The endowment is a restricted fund through Wells Fargo Charitable Management Group.  The funds are invested for maximum growth and income over time. Only the interest generated by the endowment is accessible. Projecto Ninos’ endowment fund will do more than assure the future, it will guarantee that the organization will always have funds to sustain its current programs and/or promote growth.
